Booking An Elective

Use this form to make your Elective Booking when you have decided to take your Elective with Medics Away.

We will then send you a Booking Form for your complete information, if one has not already been sent.

If you have already received a Booking Form (MS Excel) from us by email, SAVE it to your own disk, complete it and email it back to us at: info@medicsaway.com

When we have processed your Booking Form, we will email you a Confirmation Letter and inform you of Elective Hospital authentication requirements and other important details.

When you have booked your flights, let us know ALL the flight information as soon as possible, so that we can schedule collections, stopovers and transfers, where agreed and appropriate.
